Cranio-Sacral Bodywork is a gentle way to touch body and soul.
At the beginning of a session, I like to take time for a detailed talk. During this first contact, the client and I have the chance to gather impressions and exchange information with each other.
It is important for me that the treatment takes place in an atmosphere of care and respect. Concerns and wishes of the client are always embraced.
The focus of a session lies in the stimulation and support of the self healing energy of the body. Inner ressources and health are strengthened, so that positive change can happen.
The bodywork takes place fully clothed on a comfortable massage table.
The length of a treatment is approximately 90 minutes (including an opening talk and possible resting time at the end). Treatments for children and babies are usually shorter.
The session may take place in complete silence or depending on the client's needs and desires. I can offer verbal support / accompaniment.
How often a treatment is needed varies from person to person.
I offer treatment in German and English.
